At Omaze UK, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached before placing them in the original shipping packaging.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
